What type of events do you photograph? I photograph formal and semi-formal dances, meetings, birthday parties, conferences, baby showers, bridal showers, retirement parties, family and business gatherings, church functions, etc.  
Do you provide formal portraits at events such as proms? Yes!  I have a full set of studio equipment that can be set up in front of a backdrop in order to take formal portraits. 
How much do you charge to photograph events? Prices vary depending on the type of event and the number of hours I am needed.  We will discuss pricing options for your event during our consultation. 
What is the process of commissioning Jacque Miller Photography to photograph my event? We will have a consultation so that I can see how I can best meet your needs.  Then we will both sign a contract agreeing to the terms.  Finally, you will pay a nonrefundable deposit to secure your date. 
How do payments work? A nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your date.  The final balance is due 2 weeks before the scheduled event.
What forms of payment to you accept? I accept, cash, checks, money orders, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and debit cards.  There is a $40 fee for returned checks. 
Are your packages set, or can I customize them to meet my needs? You may customize all packages to meet your needs. 
How long after the event will I see my prints? Proofs are generally ready to view 3-4 weeks after the event.  
How much time will I have to place my order? Orders must be placed within 2 weeks from the time the proofs are available.  I am happy to offer payment plans.  When you select a payment plan, please know that your products will not be ordered until the balance is paid in full. 
I'd like to know more about your payment plans.  I offer 3, 6, and 9 month payment plans at 0% apr.  If the balance isn't paid in full by the end date, then a 10% interest rate is charged only on the remaining balance.  You are welcome to pay off your balance ahead of schedule.  Your order will be placed only after the balance has been paid in full. I have a contract that will be signed in a payment plan is selected. 
Are you insured? Yes.
What happens if your equipment breaks? I carry backup equipment to replace anything that could break.
